Our client provides software and services to automate and improve the healthcare supply chain industry. Created and owned by members of the healthcare sector, our client serves suppliers, distributors, providers and group purchasing organizations across North America and Europe.
The Product Quality Specialist defines and protects the technical interface between the customer and our client through product change cycles. The position will interface with Product and Project managers to understand and maintain a library of how customers currently use products and upcoming changes in usage patterns to structure testing approaches and plans. The Product Quality Specialist will also review proposed product changes for compatibility with customer usage and test product releases for compatibility with customer usage patterns. This position demands a self-motivated individual capable of big picture thinking, who can work hand-in-hand with a multicultural internal staff located across Europe and America.
Essential Experience
• Technical Quality or training background with systems integrations products required
• Experience working directly with users to define and document requirements
• Experience with systems integration (Web Services, EDI, XML) a plus
• Experience in a supporting EAI or transactional systems in a SAAS or internal service environment within the Supply Chain Management area.
• Deep knowledge of EDI (X12, EANCOM) and XML and transaction mapping principles.
